We want you to be happy with your purchase â but if something doesnât meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your package.
You donât need to give a reason â simply contact us (for example by email) and then send the product back in its original, undamaged condition.
đŠ Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
We issue refunds within 14 days at the latest â usually much sooner.
When returns are not possible:
We do not accept returns on products made to order â such as personalized keychains or ID tags. These items are created especially for you and are therefore not subject to standard returns. We also cannot accept returns of products damaged by the buyer.
